The high temperature of air compressor is one of the common faults in the use of air compressor, especially for the mobile air compressor which is used in outdoor construction work.

The air compressor system is short of oil. The oil level of oil barrel can be checked. When the oil is in static state after pressure relief, the oil level should be slightly higher than H (or MAX) of the high oil level mark. The oil level shall not be lower than the low oil level mark L (or MIX) during equipment operation. If the oil level is found insufficient or not observed, stop the oil immediately

Oil stop valve (oil stop valve) is not working properly. The oil stop valve is normally closed by two or two solenoid valves. It is opened when starting and closed when stopping (the atlascopco machine is a mechanical open valve) to avoid the oil in the oil and gas barrel to continue to spray into the machine head when stopping, and to blow out from the air inlet. 5. The heat control valve (temperature control valve) fails to work. The heat control valve is installed in front of the oil cooler. Its function is to maintain the exhaust temperature of the nose above the pressure dew point. The working principle is that when the oil temperature is low, the branch of thermal control valve is opened and the main circuit is closed. For temperature rise to more than 40 ℃, thermal control valve shut down gradually, oil from the cooler and branch flow at the same time; Rise to more than 80 ℃, the valve is fully closed, lubricating oil, all into the nose, again after the cooler to zui big degree of lubricating oil for cooling. If the heat control valve fails, the oil may not enter the head directly through the cooler, so the oil temperature cannot drop, resulting in overtemperature. 12. Problems in the exhaust pipe installed by customers of air cooling machines include: the exhaust pipe is too small in price, the exhaust pipe is too long, and there are too many curves in the middle of the exhaust pipe. If the exhaust pipe is too long, there are not many pumps in the middle.

The bearing of this general air compressor is required to be replaced within 20,000 to 24,000 hours, because the clearance and balance of the air compressor are located by the bearing. If the wear of the bearing increases, the heat output of the air compressor head will increase, resulting in high temperature of the air compressor.

The lubricating oil is of incorrect specification or poor quality. Lube oil of screw machine has strict requirement commonly, cannot replace at will, should take the requirement in equipment operation manual for huai.

Check the air filter for blockages. The blockage of air filter will cause the overloading capacity of air compressor, which will be in the loading state for a long time and will cause high temperature. The first problem caused by zui blockage of general air filters is the reduction in gas production, and the high temperature of air compressors is a secondary feature.

Check if the pressure is too high. The system pressure is usually adjusted when leaving the factory. If necessary, the rated gas pressure calibrated by the nameplate of the equipment shall prevail. If the adjustment is too high, the overtemperature phenomenon will be triggered due to the increased load of the machine. This is also the same as the previous reason, the high temperature of air compressor is the secondary performance, mainly manifested as air pressure, electromechanical flow rise, air compressor protection shut down.

Blockage of oil and gas separator: the blockage of oil and gas separator will cause excessive internal pressure and high pressure will cause many problems, high temperature is one of them. This is also the same as the previous two reasons, the oil and gas separator plug is mainly manifested as high internal pressure, and the same problem as 18.

20, zui small pressure valve failure: zui small pressure valve is not one-way, open and not guaranteed to need zui small pressure; 1) zui small pressure valve can not open is a troublesome thing of zui, and also a dangerous thing of zui, which will cause high internal pressure.
